Brighton

It's kind of amazing in a chilled out way. Even though it is typically touristy, it has managed to keep its own english charm about it.
It’s low key and relaxed, the kind of place where you could probably see a young family munching down on some of Brighton's famous fish and chips, sitting next to a heavily tattooed and pierced man and neither party would bat an eyelash. It has that kind of random feeling to it as well as a that sense of a never ending summer. Even with those blistering english winter winds.
The seaside town seems to be made up of the coolest townhouses perched on sloping streets, alley ways so tiny you forget to breathe as you walk down and the kind of boutique style shops and cafes  you expect to see in a small town like this. And then of course theres the pebbly beach and pier.
Brighton's the kind of town that makes me want to pack in my day job, move into a dive of an apartment (as long as its one of those colourful ones) and work odd jobs at the pier for a month or two before heading off somewhere new to explore and live an endless summer...maybe i'm onto something here...
